The rental price includes two helmets and a comprehensive insurance policy with a deductible. You can add an optional supplement to remove the deductible and enjoy greater peace of mind during your trip.
The deductible is the maximum amount you would have to pay in case of theft or damage to the vehicle. When signing the contract, you can purchase an extra option that removes the deductible, avoiding any additional charges in case of an incident.
No. All our vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. If the tank is not refilled, the cost of the missing fuel will be charged.
Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory for all drivers and passengers, including on 49cc scooters. Safety is a priority, and we always provide helmets included with the vehicle.
To rent any vehicle, it is mandatory to present a valid driving license. For 125cc scooters and quads, a car license (Category B) is sufficient, provided it has been held for at least 3 years.
The minimum age to rent any vehicle is 18 years. Additionally, a valid driving license must be presented at the time of booking or pickup.
Yes, our 49cc scooters are approved to carry two people: driver and passenger.
Yes, a deposit is always required as a guarantee, which can be paid in cash or by credit card at the time of vehicle pickup.
We accept both cash and credit card payments for the customer’s convenience.
The rental period is counted in 24-hour increments from the moment you pick up the vehicle. You have a 30-minute grace period for returning it; if you exceed this time, an additional day will be charged.
Yes, we offer free technical assistance throughout the island in case of a breakdown or any issue with the vehicle.
We have offices in the main tourist spots of Formentera. If there isn’t an office near your accommodation, we can deliver the vehicle to your lodging free of charge.
Our offices are open from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 20:00. Additionally, the La Savina port office remains open from 9:00 to 21:00 during June to September.
